Hello, we are using Magento 1.9.4.4 and this Template. Is there any option that the Store (your Skin) is also working with PHP 7.0 – and yes we need at the moment 1.9.x – we don’t get the megamenu or other items in the middle.

This is very upsetting for past Five days I am requesting them to check there is issue with this theme is not compatible with VPS hosting… Despite of opening tickets after tickets no positive response. Problem is not with the server they responded back saying they will exchange the theme to other theme but I have to buy a new theme and apply for refund I want to know who will refund my money if I buy the new theme? I wasn’t planning on using your “quickstart” feature, just installing manually on latest Magento. Because you didn’t write on theme page it’s supporting the latest Magento 2.3.X I thought it was incompatible so I bought another theme.

Sincerely I am highly disappointed with your response. Discovered your theme ain’t working as you described in your demo due to bugs and after you requested for access to my server (SSH access and FTP access) so as to fix the crazy bugs you left in your theme, all you can spit out is that I should go find and download your newer version of the theme, version 2.2.6, and you are very much aware that such theme is not yet available on your Themeforest page. You are the alpha and omega of this product and evidence of purchase has been sent to you. So, what will it take you to help support us by fixing the problem by uploading and installing the so called version 2.2.6 on our server. The manner with which you treats customers after purchasing your product is nothing short of terrible and mind-boggling. You care less about the state of your customer after purchase. Whether your product is working fine, or they are able to install successfully or not, or they are going through hell trying to get it to work, all you just seem to care about and do best is to get the customer to fork his or her credit card and throw the money at you while your sales hits the rooftop.
Lest I forget to mention, I had similar experience with the same theme about 2 years ago (Item Purchase Code: (c6f35f03-1bef-4abb-96b1-7761108168d0) in which you guys were unwilling to respond to issues. We were unable to install the theme perfectly due to crazy bugs that just seem to find a perfect home in your product.
I am back again on your page because my client just loved your theme at first sight and he envisaged a better result compared to my experience with you before. What a hope that is on the verge of been dashed.
Anyway, I am asking you to please do the needful by putting the so called version 2.2.6 (Benin) version on our server, get it installed and make it work perfectly so we can forget all these ever happened as I need it up asap for my client.

1. After completing the Quickstart Installation and the Theme Setting instructions, our Magento Admin panel was ready and accessible. Also the frontend of the website was also up but only the header and footer content were displaying pretty well. While the inner content area where the home pahe product listing outght to be was simply showing an error message:

2. Page Configuration
While following the instruction to create a page as directed on the :

We attempted to create the page with all of the content provided and also the instruction from the image link below

This template has a serious JS problem. So before purchase, be sure you can handle the JS issues. We have updated the ticket for days now and magentech is yet to solve the issue. Hello Magentech, I have provided proof and screenshot that the issue in question is not as a result of the module and even went ahead to provide results from the debug showing that the issue is from a JS script from your template as the module in question works fine on default magento templates and all others. You have the screenshots of these proove. My question now are two simple questions before. First can you resolve this issue – a simple yes or no and second do we need to renew the support to have it resolved or is it a seperate charges and if so please provide an invoice so we can move on with next steps. I have been lenient enough based on previous relationships and history and if this is not resolved on time then trust me the next steps wont be nice for either party.
PS: TO Anyone Thinking Of Buying This Template, You Might Want To Brace Yourself For Hidden Bugs and Issues The Support Team Can’t Fix Like This One and get ready to spend months and months on your project cos you might never finish it! Ask anybody else!
